I would like to share our experiences with Coastal Building Maintenance on two of our projects:

1.  The complete renovation of our pool bathroom which also required the replacement of the door for AA code and all fixtures.
2. The replacement of the termite-infested wood of the pool patio cover; included many heavy beams and top cover wood replacement plus lighting system installation.

Both projects were completed on time and within our budget. The workers were very professional and always cleaned up after working. I highly recommend them for the services they provide.

We were moving back to Santa Barbara and the home I was brought up in after many years of the property being rented.   Dennis responded promptly when I phoned him. We scheduled an appointment date and time. He was very professional and personable and made my husband and I feel at ease with the project we were about to begin with our bathrooms.   Dennis scheduled his team to start the work. Jason from the team helped us every step of the way with our outdated bathrooms. He gave us recommendations and explained to us what works best for what we wanted. He told us what to expect as far as prices and where to shop for the best quality products. Jason gave us recommendations for everything we needed for the bathrooms. Floors, tiles, inlays, bull noses, grout colors, vanity lights & mirror sizes, etc. that would work best in our bathrooms.   Jason and the team arrived every morning at the agreed upon time. They conducted themselves professionally and were courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and completed beautiful bathrooms!
